You top up credits (1 credit = $1), starting from $10. Your $2.99 monthly fee comes out of that balance on your renewal date, and the 5% commission as sales come in. We email you a week before renewal if your balance is short. During a paid month your agent keeps selling until $20 of commission is owed; then it pauses until you top up. Your card is only charged when you top up.
