SparkGPT ("we", "us") provides a platform for building, training and deploying AI sales agents on your website ("the Service"), available at sparkgpt.ai. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to act for the business you register.
If your credit balance reaches zero your agents pause until you top up. We never charge your card without an action you initiated (a top-up, auto-recharge you enabled, or a subscription renewal).
You may not use the Service to publish unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to infringe third-party rights, or to attempt to disrupt the Service. Agents answer on your behalf; you are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you train them with.
Agent responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. Review your agent's configuration and training before going live. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
You may cancel at any time; paid periods already started are not refunded except as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
