Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: name, email, password (hashed), billing records.
• Agent data: the website content and training material you provide to build your agent.
• End-visitor chat data: messages exchanged with your agent, an anonymous visitor identifier, the page URL, and, when a visitor supplies it, their email address. This data belongs to the merchant whose agent was used and powers analytics and sales attribution.

2. How we use it

To operate the Service: generating agent replies (processed by Anthropic's Claude API), attributing sales, showing analytics, billing, and support. We do not sell personal data.

3. Processors

We use a small number of processors: Anthropic (AI responses), Stripe (payments), Shopify (for merchants using the Shopify App), and hosting/infrastructure providers. Analytics cookies load only after you consent via the cookie banner.

4. Retention and deletion

Chat and analytics data are retained while the owning merchant account is active. Merchants can request deletion of their account and associated data at any time. For Shopify merchants, uninstalling the app triggers Shopify's mandated data-erasure flow (shop data is deleted within 48 hours of Shopify's redact webhook).

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR and CCPA), you may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data. End visitors should direct requests to the merchant whose site they used; we support merchants in fulfilling them.
