You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew. We do not prorate partially used months. If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate renewal), contact us within 14 days and we will refund the erroneous charge in full.
Credit top-ups (1 credit = 1 USD) are consumed by the monthly base fee and sales commissions. Unused credits remain on your account indefinitely. Unused credit balances are refundable on request within 30 days of purchase, minus payment-processor fees; credits already consumed are not refundable.
Commissions apply only to attributed sales. If an attributed order is refunded or cancelled in your store, the corresponding commission is not charged, or is credited back per the order's billing channel. If you believe an order was mis-attributed, open the order in Analytics and use the review flow, or contact us within 30 days — verified mis-attributions are refunded in full.
Charges billed through Shopify follow this same policy; approved refunds are issued through Shopify's billing system.
Email support@sparkgpt.ai from your account email with the charge date and amount. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
